They formed in 1977, long before most of the readers of FD2D had even been conceived, but they are still running the circuit and entertaining the generations with their undeniably exciting beats and humorous lyrics. They are most well known for their hit singles ‘What a Waste,’ ‘Hit me with your rhythm stick,’ ‘Reasons to be cheerful,’ and the legendary ‘Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll.’ If you’re still unsure who I’m talking about then I implore you to pull out your parents old vinyl’s, get down to the record shop or at least type ‘The Blockheads’ into Google, because you obviously don’t know what you’re missing.
