Leicester Rutland Street's LCB Depot is the contemporary and visually arresting venue for the début exhibition of Jodie McGuinness. Pioneering her own interpretation of bold, art-driven graphic design, Jodie seeks to redeploy traditional borders between art and design by innovative use of photography, illustration and graphic communication.

Those fortunate enough to have previewed her work have sensationalised the quirky appeal of her approach, and her new-for-old method in challenging what is possible within common, contemporary bounds.

Although LCB represents Jodie's first formal foray into the public gaze, her use of photographic elements upon larger-than-life explosions of otherworldly colour have been well-documented. The McGuinness portfolio sweeps from the mind-expanding, multiple-personality digression of `Never Look Back', through to the delicate textures composed around the desperate forms of ‘War or Peace?’

Giclee Art Prints will be made available of all of the exhibition pieces, and prices will be kept very moderate to encourage the involvement of exhibition participants both young and old.
