Information

I'm a freelance illustrator from Shropshire, United Kingdom. Having graduated with a degree in illustration from the University of Derby in 2010 I currently share a studio workspace with the media production company Seed Creativity.

My approach to illustration is direct using varying combinations of bold colours, hand-drawn linear elements and organic textures to get to the heart of the issue as quickly as possible. Although I'm happy to apply this way of working to any project I find it is particularly well suited to the editorial market where i've had the privilege of working for clients such as The Independent and The Financial Times.

I'm a little concerned about the subliminal communist propaganda within this profile, I feel the urge to begin a revolution and wear lots of red .
