After studying a foundation course at the Arts Centre in Liverpool, Lucie then went onto study a Visual Communication degree - whereby she found her passion lay in photography, particularly, documentary.
“I love listening to people's stories & being able to visually reflect these in my work is something that I strive to do in order to share their beauty with the viewer.”
Lucie is a Curator working on a project called Full Circle, which aims to search for film and connect the Midlands communities with their screen heritage - by collecting people's homemovies and copying them into a format that can be enjoyed by future generations for years to come at MACE (The Media Archive for Central England)
Lucie is documentary photographer/filmmaker living in Leicester, England and likes to use a variety of photographic techniques - ranging from iPhoneography, Medium format to Polaroid, digital and Lomographic (Fisheye & Holga),and HD video to capture documentary interviews, for still and moving images.
“I like to experiment with whatever medium I feel will best suit the subject matter at hand.”
Lucie is available for fashion, commercial & lifestyle, music, portrait, landscape & travel photography commissions in both the U.K. and internationally and is always interested in collaborating with other artists.
